the location was good with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions
the room smelled strongly of damp socks a really unpleasant odour to deal with. the carpet was also quite dirty clearly not cleaned properly. the sheets were stained with some red marks i'm not sure what they were but it was unhygienic and off putting
